First Aid Instructor Course
First Aid Instructors are responsible for teaching and evaluating candidates participating in the Lifesaving Society CPR, Basic First Aid, Intermediate First Aid, Aquatic Emergency Care, CPR-HCP, and Oxygen Administration programs. The First Aid Instructor course prepares instructors to apply level 1 leadership competencies and strategies designed to teach the First Aid programs for which they hold a current candidate award in.
Prerequisites:
-Lifesaving Instructor Certification
-Current Alberta Workplace Approved Intermediate First Aid

South Calgary Outdoor Pool (This course is hosted in a rented space, and is not affiliated with the South Calgary Outdoor Pool)

For an additional $65, learn how to use a bag valve mask, and how to perform CPR in a healthcare environment. Learn how and when to administer oxygen using a variety of equipment.
This add on will add 60-90 minutes to each day of the course.
